I require meet & greets before caring for any pet, and same-day requests are considered for existing clients only.

 Booking FAQs

  • My typical availability for appointments is

    • 10am to 7pm daily

    • Most weekdays, weekends, and holidays

    Appointments before 10am and after 7pm must be requested - I’m happy to take them but please contact me with before/after hours requests!

    For 2025, I will be away the following days and will not be providing any services:

    • Autumn Equinox - September 22, Monday

    • September 29 - October 5, Monday - Sunday

    • Thanksgiving - November 26 - 30, Wednesday - Sunday

    • December 10, Wednesday

    • Winter Solstice - December 21, Sunday

    • Christmas Eve - December 24, Wednesday

    • New Year's Eve - December 31, Wednesday

    For 2026, I will be away the following days and will not be providing any services:

    • New Year's Day - January 1 (2026), Thursday

    • March 18 - 29 (2026), Wednesday - Sunday

    • April 3 - 6 (2026), Friday - Monday

    • Summer Solstice - June 21 (2026), Sunday

    • Autumn Equinox - September 22 (2026), Tuesday

  • My schedule is up to date and available for scheduling the next year (365 days) in advance. Please feel welcome to reach out with scheduling questions, but generally you may schedule any time that shows available. I keep my calenders synced up, so my availability should automatically update.

  • I understand that travel and life are unpredictable. I'm happy to take same-day requests from established clients if my schedule allows.

    Depending on my availability, house-sits and drop-ins can be extended if needed. House-sits with me have flexible arrival and departure times in order to ensure your pet is covered regardless of what might come up. I will reach out to confirm exact times the day prior to arrival and departure.

  • I respond to most texts within one hour, and all messages within 24 hours. Prompt communication is important to me, and please feel welcome to reach out any time!

  • In order to ensure all pets receive ample time and attention, I cap the number of appointments that I take each day. On average, this means 2-6 drop-ins and walks, and only 1 house-sit per day.

    If there are no times available for scheduling on a particular day, then I have either reached this cap or I am otherwise unavailable.

  • DROP-INS & WALKS

    • When booking a drop-in or walk, payment information is required to reserve your appointment

    • Payment will not be made until after I have completed services

    • Cancellations made before midnight will not incur any fees for regular clients

    HOUSE-SITTING

    • In order to reserve your appointment, a 10% nonrefundable deposit is required

    • This deposit will be applied to your total invoice amount

    • House-sitting is scheduled and billed per individual day due to limitations with my scheduler - you may request an invoice at any time

    Any pricing or service changes that occur after booking will not affect existing reservations.
